| Banana Packets |

1 box puff pastry, thawed 2-3 tbsp flour 8 oz hazelnut/chocolate spread 3 medium bananas 1 egg mixed with 1 tsp water in a small bowl ½ c chocolate chips, semisweet 2 tbsp cream or half and half Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle flour onto working surface. Unfold 1 sheet pastry and roll lightly to seat seams. Cut into 4 squares. Spread 2 tbsp hazelnut spread onto each square. Top with sliced bananas on half of each square. Fold over edge and seal. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with other sheet of pastry. Brush with egg wash. Bake for 20 minutes or until pastry is golden and flaky. While pastry is baking, mix chocolate chips and cream. Heat over low heat until melted and smooth. Drizzle over pastries and serve.
